Sun Peaks Resort is centrally located in the British Columbia Interior and is the second largest ski resort in BC. We have a reputation for having some of the most light and dry 'easy-to-ski' conditions, enjoy a variety of terrain; two alpine bowls, cruising green and blue runs, steep and deep, and loaded with powder. Transportation

By Road

Sun Peaks Resort is a 45 minute drive North East of Kamloops.

Follow Highway 5 (Yellowhead Highway) north towards Jasper, 20km to Heffley Creek. Turn right through Heffley Creek and follow Sun Peaks Road for 31km to Sun Peaks Resort. Once you are in Sun Peaks, you pass the parking lots, the covered Wooden Bridge and then we are the third hotel on your left.

Underground parking provided by Sun Peaks Lodge is $10.00 per night plus taxes and is subject to availability.

By Air

Two major airlines to choose from, Air Canada and West Jet, providing service to Kamloops (YKA) and Kelowna (YLA), Sun Peaks is accessible from around the world.

Shuttle service from Kamloops, Kelowna and Vancouver needs to be reserved 48 hours in advance.

By Rail

Via Rail and Rocky Mountain Rail Tours have regular stopovers in Kamloops.
